Celador International, producers of the popular ABC game show "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?", has signed a deal with notorious animation house DiC Entertainment (you know, the producers behind Inspector Gadget, Captain N, Alienators, and the first seasons of Sailor Moon) to create an animated version of the game, "The Adventures of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire: The Animated Series" (for the love of . . . ).
Taking a cue from DiC's earlier "Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego" animated series, this series will take fictional "Millionaire" winners on a global journey to many parts of the globe and having access to special equipment courtesy of Millionaire Central.
