Oh wow! What beautiful shading! My favourite is the first one, not only because of Maggie (tee hee) but because of the wondeful use of the tonal grays - it looks so fabulous!
And the second one is so soulful and sweet... Poor Lisa. :(

Both are great, but I also like the first one more. The grayscale is kick-ass, and you nailed everyone's character design. Interesting choice of hair for Bart, especially...I never thought of him as a brunette. :D

hmmm... i dont recall an Eric.

if it's a character you made, I don't know how we can assume it's anyone except Bart from the character's appearence alone...


of course there are 300 + episodes and I might have missed.... a couple scattered here and there. LOL. It's been a lotta Simpsons episodes.

Oh, she's quite the talker. In fact, her personality is the female version of Homer. As for Eric, he's more dissimilar to Bart than Maggie is to Lisa. He's genetically 98% Marge thanks to Homer's fried DNA from the Power Plant, and he's got the scratchy Marge voice. Plus, Eric isn't fat like Bart is. Also, unlike Bart, Eric's really shy and has girlfriend, but doesn't really like to admit to it.

Great drawings and coloring to them. Nice to see Maggie taking after the old man! :p Eric kind of looks like the progeny of Sideshow Bob, even though its another Simpson kid.
