A few months back CN said that Batman would be back by October, but it looks like that has now changed to 'during the 2001 - 02 season'. It will be back!

I remember a year or two ago when Batman: TAS was on Cartoon Network twice a night at 6:30pm and 11:30pm. This is the best for me--my work and class schedules don't allow me the opportunity to see it at 6:30.

Does anyone know when Batman will air? Will Superman be on as well or merely share a timeslot (either jointly or switching off)?

Batman BEYOND will be on cartoon network, at 6:30pm, starting Oct. 1st (not too far away!)

here (http://alt.cartoonnetwork.com/Schedule/0,3671,CTN|0|320020|Eastern,00.html) is a link to the BB schedule..

Only a week! There will be a BATMAN VS SUPERMAN WEEK theem running in January that will lead to the winner having a full day marathon! That's quite a while away, though. But CN is expected to bring then back very soon...

Finally! A Batman marathon!! we're long overdue for one.

I can't wait for the marathon. CN would usually do a three hour block on Saturdays (and they had a name for that block) every once and awhile and I would veg out and watch it all...

That was Superchunk! They have marathons now (called Cartoonolio) but it's usually some of the worser Cartoon Cartoons instead of having something different each week.

It'll be great to see Batman and Superman back again. I hope Bats wins the marathon.

Superchunk was pretty cool. I remember they'd even include trivia as well, which was sort fun to guess at. Although the package of Superchucnk didn't really fit Batman...

I used to constantly push the cable company to add Cartoon Network so that I could watch Batman: TAS. Then, after they finally did, Batman: TAS was off the air.

To make matters every worse, we received the channel just hours after Mask of the Phantasm had aired.

I want Batman, Superman, Batman Beyond, and Big O back on! Now!!! 1 out of 4 isn't enough!!!

Man, they need the old animated series back on cn, i remember when The New Adventures of Batman and the old one both came on at 5pm and 5:30, then superman came on at 6pm then at 12am they all came on again from 12-1:30, now none come on, what a shame.

The shows will return. CN air smost of their shows on a rotational basis meaning they they will dissapear from time to time, so I'm not owrried about a show dissapearing becuase there's a big chance it will be back.

Does anyone have any concrete proof on when BTAS and STAS will be on in January? That seems like an inordinate amount of time to wait for premium animation!

*sigh*

What the *&#$# is wrong with the Warner Bros. execs anyway?!?

LOL what isn't wrong with them? :D

Not that they're not incredibly nice people who would love to make every fan happy by putting BTAS on DVD...

From what I've heard, which isn't much, is Batman will in fact be back, but until then I'm in deep deep pain. Although once November rolls along I'll feel 100% better, but I still want Batman and Superman back.

Ya know CN did the FUNNIEST thing yesterday. They toyed with my pain ya see. They played that BTAS commercial with the "I am Batman!" line from "Nothing To Fear" and the shot of Batman on that building at the end of the BTAS intro with the CN logo in back. Hey, way to toy with my pain you guys!! Knarly!! :D

Where did you hear that from, Nightwing? November is MUCH better than January. You hear that, Warners?!? HUH?!? We want Bats on DVD and the CN!!!

Oh, that's right...they can't hear us since they're too busy figuring out how to screw up their DVD cases even MORE. (hint: snap cases are a GOOD idea!)

*sigh*

Ack. Just figured out that Nightwing meant JL in November. I guess Bats and Supes have to wait their turn. *sigh* again...

Both shows will be back for the 2001-2001 season, but one of them just may kick off with a marathon. I think Batman has this in the bag...
