The WB has announced its Fall Schedule for the 2003 - 2004 Season. All times are Eastern.
Sunday
7 - Smallville: Beginnings
8 - Charmed
9 - Tarzan and Jane NEW
Monday
8 - 7th Heaven
9 - Everwood
Tuesday
8 - Gilmore Girls
9 - Fearless NEW
Wednesday
8 - Smallville
9 - Angel
Thursday
8 - Steve Harvey's Big Time NEW
8:30 - The Jamie Kennedy Experiment
9 - What I Like About You
9:30 - Run of the House NEW
Friday
8 - Reba
8:30 - Like Family NEW
9 - Grounded For Life
9:30 - All About the Andersons NEW
Saturday
Nothing, zilch. Just local stuff.
Sunday, Monday, and Thursday and Friday have basically been left alone. The biggest move is obviously Smallville moving to Wednesdays with Angel. That doesn't sound like a bad combination.
Want to see a good series get canceled? Too late, it already happened to Black Sash. The last three episodes might air in the summer, and then maybe.... Family Affair, Do Over, Greeting From Tuscon, Sabrina, and Off-Centre are all out-of-here comedies, too. We already knew Birds of Prey wasn't coming back, and doesn't really deserve to be back, but it still hurts for some reason....
Want more. Check out Zap2it (http://tv.zap2it.com/shows/features/features.html?31566)
Later.

Huh. I thought Greetings from Tucson was one of the WB's few hit comedies this year.
Too bad about Do Over. I was really starting to like that show.

Doesn't do anything to me, only changes are Smallville and I might try out Fearless. I don't even want to wonder what kind of crap WB is putting out with stuff like Tarzan and Jane. Weeeirrrd.

Wasn't WB developing that 'young Macgyver' series? What happened to that?

"Entertainment Board II: Electric Boogaloo"...heh...
*Ahem*. Well, with the death of "Sabrina" (no surprise, knew it was the last season going in), and no more "Birds of Prey", I can pretty much resume ignoring the WB's prime-time lineup now...aside from seeing if Steve Harvey's new show is any good.

Wow, that schedule doesn't interest me in any kind of way. No seriously, its like WB and other network have gotten lazier with their new show department or something over the years. I used to remember loving the fall because networks bring out the big guns and debut tons of new crap. Now its just the same old stuff. Oh well, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, I suppose...

Well as far as what else I watch I don't care much for the Smallville move, but one way or another I will find a way to watch it.
What's with Sunday being listed as "Smallville: Beginnings"? Is that like the first season or something? I was hoping they would replay the new one again.

Well that's what I'll watch on the WB I might give the new shows a chance. As far I know Balck Sash and Greetings may not be cancelled but become mid- season replacement shows.

Me too.

If I remember right it's about Tarzan living in New York and he becomes a crime fighter who patrols t night and Jane is a New York Detective.
Wasn't WB developing that 'young Macgyver' series? What happened to that?
Yeah starring Jared Padaecki (Dean, "Gilmore Girls") Last I heard it will be a TV movie and then they will take it from there, it might become a mid-season show along with "Gilmore Girls" Jess new un-named spinoff.

Well their stil having Easy View except now it will be Fearless, and Everwood.
"Beginings" is a slot that was home to 7th Heaven: Beginings, and currently Gilmore Girls: Beginings. They will show the first season or two, before they change it again to another "Beginings", whatever their next big hit is, probably Everwood.

I was also expecting for the 'Jess' Gilmore Girls spin-off to be immediately on the fall schedule. I really liked the set up they gave for it in last Wednesdays GG, Eccentric father, odd little preteen and Sherilyn Fenn nicely fulfills the hottie role.

"Get Creative"?! I swear, does everyone in the world forget that there is a little thing called a VCR when things like this happens?Ah, but you see I actually do have to get creative because my TV is a TV/VCR combo and I can't watch something and tape something else. So unless I replace it or buy another VCR there will actually be creativeness at work.

The only time I've ever watched a WB show was when Birds of Prey was on so I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question.
What is Smallville: Beginnings?? If this is a restart point for Smallville, I would really like to check it out since I have never seen the show before.

Yeah, I'm in the dark, too. IS this just a rehash of the first season, or a new series altogether? If it IS new, I'm surprised I haven't heard of it prior to right this second.

Um, what date does this schedule start? In the fall is the best I can do for ya. Shows start at all different times so you'll just have to stayed tuned for when the networks start releasing premiere dates.

Thanks, I think? Penquin I hope you find a way to watch both of your shows, I'm faced with the same thing on two nights. I'm kind of lucky though. I ive with my Fiancee and we watch the same shows and we have a three bedroom house each room has a TV, a VCR, and Digital Cable, including the Living Room, Family Room, and the Kitchen.
We watch Gilmore Girls and want to watch the new N.C.I.S. show and we watch Enterprise and Smallville.

People, People, People. Smallville Beginnings is just the first season of the show. The WB announced the same thing with "Gilmore Girls: Beginnings" last year. It's just a showing of the beginning eps in case you missed it.
I REPEAT, Smallville: Beginnings is NOT a new show. :melissa:

I never watched Family Affair, but it was a ratings bomb so WB has no reason to keep it. 7th Heaven is a proven winner and Everwood was one of the most watched new shows this season. It might not be fair, but that's how the world works.
