In general i found sailormoons to be quite longer than anybodys.

Ryvius is up there. So is Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

Gasaraki is also pretty bad. Supposedly ADV had a tough time dubbing it because of that.

Are we talking Japanese or American?

If we're talking Japanese, I'd say Pocket Monsters. While in the dub generally have about ten people do all the voices (Rachel Lillis and Lisa Oritz pretty much have the entire female cast and half the pokemon covered), the Japanese version pretty much gets a new voice actor for every character that appears. And when you have a series with as many "character-of-the-day"'s as Pocket Monsters, that's a whole lot of seiyuu.

I'd go with Detective Conan one of the series that some of the writers and voice acters from Ranma 1/2 and Inu Yasha are at play with this anime, Look at the japanses voice acters here,
