Which of the following eras do you think Daffy was at his peak?

I pick the 30's, Daffy's "early years". To me, those are his best because he was at his craziest at the time, and was always a hoot. I also notice that his voice sounded a little faster pitched in his earlier cartoons (like WISE QUACKS), which adds to the zaniness. He's also good in the 40's, but I don't like him in the 50's. You can tell they were phasing the "Daffy" Daffy out, and shifting into the "Big Ego" Daffy mode. By the 60's, I think he was beyond ruined.

I also picked the 30s. That's when Daffy was actually "Daffy."

I also voted for the 30's Daffy. Daffy Duck and Egghead, Daffy Duck in Hollywood and Porky's Duck Hunt always crack me up!!!

I LOVE DAFFY WHEN HE IS A COMPLETE SCREWBALL!!!

I also voted for the 1930's daffy.
I really like the stuff Daffy was doing in the early and mid 40's but towards the end of the 40's he lost his screwyness and just felt cold.

I chose the 40s, but I really love all of Daffy's work from the 30s to the mid 50s, when he was a variant character.
