I wanted to know, is Karai a man or woman, and do you think the City at War storyline should be adapted? If so, how would you adapt it? Would you keep to close to the comic(ex: like how mangas are adapted for animes) or would you change things around?

Karai is a woman; City at War would be nice for a series finale or close to one; yes, some things would be changed if adapted.

One thing that I could see being changed or taken out is the side-story with Casey Jones and Gabby, atleast the way their love story ends since it might be a little too dark for a kids show. Having a mother die due to complications from child birth isn't something I can see them easily adapting. Although that's a pretty important thing to keep in since it is a big part of Casey's growth as a person and introduces Shadow into the series.

Thanks for the answers. I have another question, is the City at War storyline the final arc of the Eastman and Laird comics, or does it keep on going?

It keeps going -- though the 3rd volume (by Image) is out of continuity --- the fourth volume is going on as I speak (or type).
