Anyone Know the Quality of CafePress.Com Posters?

I know their t-shirts are pretty jacked, but anyone know about their posters?

I mean.. making a poster doesn't sound like it'd be too hard... is it? Where I to have a picture off the net like say.... the one below. Could it be made into a poster withotu a hitch?

Depends... Usually, printers want a mass run and output places charge about 20 - 40 dollars to print on a high end plotter... And even then they want a high res image to do it (or the dimensions have to be the size of the poster). So it COULD be done...
