Well it can't possibly be worse than RAW (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?threadid=73941). Can it? http://www.stopstart.freeserve.co.uk/smilie/sick.gif
We're counting down the hours until Backlash this week on SmackDown!, which airs tonight at 8/7 CT on UPN!
We now know that John Cena will battle Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship, Team Angle will defend their WWE Tag Team Championship against Los Guerreros, the Big Show will face Rey Mysterio, and Rikishi will go one on one with Sean O'Haire at the pay-per-view. All of these Superstars will undoubtedly be looking to gain a psychological advantage this week on SmackDown! -- the last episode before Backlash!
Just three days before he puts the title on the line in a match against Cena, Lesnar will be in action tonight on SmackDown!, taking on the A-Train. Meanwhile, three days before the biggest match of his life, Cena goes one on one with Rhyno!
Also, it has been announced that Rikishi will take on "Rowdy" Roddy Piper tonight on SmackDown! -- the first WWE match for "Hot Rod" in years! Will Rikishi be able to exact revenge for Piper's savage attacks on Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka?
Who will be a part of the Sable Invitational? Sable has apparently invited some of the SmackDown! Divas to participate in a bikini contest tonight on the show. You're not going to want to miss this one!
Who is Mr. America? What else can we expect at Backlash? Perhaps we'll get more answers to these questions tonight at 8/7 CT, when UPN presents SmackDown!
Sorry Matt, you're gonna have to wait again. :(
NOTE: SmackDown! will not be seen at its normal time this week in Seattle, in Milwaukee and in Evansville, Ind. On KSTW in Seattle, SmackDown! will air from 8 to 10 p.m. on Saturday (April 26). On WCGV in Milwaukee, it will air from 10 p.m. to midnight on Saturday (April 26). On WAZE in Evansville, catch SmackDown! from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday (April 27).
