Batman Animated DVDs vs. X-Men: Evolution DVDs

while it is great we are going to hopefully get
a couple of more batman animated dvds this year,
i don't understand how wb is going to release 5
xmen evolution dvds in september, why can't
they do this for batman as well, not only release
3 or 4 a year, but pick one month out and actually
put 4 or 5 different dvds out on one day, this would
insure that we get all in the episodes in a few years,
maybe we can find out at the chat on tuesday if this
is possible,

A great reason for everyone to attend Tuesday's chat. As for WB's plans, it's hard to say what they will be doing. In September, WB will release four releases that will collect the first season of X-Men: Evolution, then it's expected to carry on with further episodes.

As for Batman, the next wave of DVDs (after the July 22nd wave) are expected to hit in Fall 2003, likely October, to tie into Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman. The specifics of this wave are not yet known, but we should learn more soon. Hopefully we'll learn more, come Tuesday.
