Dr. Buzzard's Time Chamber (Woody Woodpecker)

Buzz Buzzard and his assistand Tweaky try to trick Woody out of big bucks for a phoney trip back in time to the old wild west.

Winnie P.I. (Winnie Woodpecker)

Winnie Woodpecker tries to solve a mystery and catch a man who's been stealing telephones.

Foiled in Oil (Woody Woodpecker)

Woody recieves a package from The Golden Gizmo Club, which is a stick that points straight to oil, but Wally Walrus tries to get some of that Texas Gold with the gizmo himself. A good short that proves that Woody OR Wally don't always win in the end.

BTW, it seems that the opening title of the show has a different gag every time, like on The Simpsons. Tuesday's show had a pine cone fall on top of Woody's head, Wednesday's had Woody faint after pecking out a huge totem pole with his face on it, and today's show had Buzz pop out from behind the usual tree and gives a raspberry to Woody.

Truthfully, I saw the ending gags of the last two shorts coming a mile away (Winnie's "partner" turns out to be the vaccuum cleaner thief, and Wally and Woody break into an oil pipeline thinking it's a geyser). Though the bit where the stick chases them--Wally coated in vegetable oil and Woody with motor oil with a vengeance was amusing, as well as Buzz's fake time vortex sequence and the player piano gag (thankfully not as gruesome as the one mentioned earlier in a Baby Huey short) in "Dr. Buzzard".
Buzz still has that Tweaky guy with him, and there's yet another Winnie short. She can get very tiresome quickly with her overexhuberance...and I've seen more of her than Chilly in this series.

Ya know what would be perfect on Woody Woodpecker
would be a tagline after the credits like in "MST3k"
or "fake" commericals like on "Ren & Stimpy."

I'm really not a Woody Woodpecker fan, but I'm just curious if these are classic Woody cartoons or if they're modern ones.

I think they're modern ones. Speaking of which, what time does this show come on?

Yep, there the modern ones. It be nice if they threw in a classic once in a while on the show. Who else would like to see classics, like "The Barber of Seville", "Smoked Hams", "The Beach Nut", and so many more! Also, the show is on at 2PM, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Thanks. It's on while I'm at school, but I think I'll set my timer for it. I like the descriptions you give for each episode.
