Many things are riding on the success of Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman. If this direct-to-video (DTV) does well, we can expect to see futre direct to video features in the future. If this was to happen, what storylinesw ould you like to see addressed?
I'd really like to see No Mans Land animated but, it couldn't be told in just 1 DTV. So I'd go with Batman Vs Penguin - him taking down the mob, basically a war between Batman and Penguin.

Hmm...
- A simplified adaptation of "Prodigal". Namely, Bruce gets put out of commission somehow, and we get to see Dick play Batman, while dealing with his own self doubt.
- Another Batman Beyond DTV. There's alot of untapped potential with Terry. I'd love to see more. I want to see him keep evolving from playing Batman to being Batman.
- Dick's first case as Robin. Sad thing is, Two-Face didn't exist yet in BTAS continuity, so this'd have to either be a crime boss story, or Joker (yet again).
- A DTV bridging TNBA to Batman Beyond.

Hey, it's the "what you want on a DTV" thread, once again. My desires are pretty much the same as before:
-The "What happened to Nightwing" BATMAN BEYOND movie. I've also figured out a plot that includes what happened to Commissioner Gordon, Alfred, Two-Face, and Blight.
-The "super dark" Catwoman movie that was being rumored a few years back. Whether they set it in the BATMAN BEYOND continuity (as originally planned) or not is beside the point. With a good story, Catwoman would be a very good villain that could hold her own for the course of a full movie.
-A Penguin movie that either delves into his origin, his changing from a bird-freak (in BTAS) to legitimate businessman (in TNBA), or both. It could even become a fun li'l mob war type story, including the rest of Gotham's criminal underworld (Two-Face, Ventriloquist/Scarface, Rupert Thorne, etc - they're the three other major heavies in Gotham that can be viewed as more "traditional" gangsters, and would have an affect on Penguin's business.)
-A Scarecrow tale that also looks at his change between the goofier Scarecrow of BTAS to the Scarecrow of death in TNBA. He's another villain that could definitely hold his own for a full DTV.
-A Two-Face movie, hopefully one that will examine his dynamic with Tim Drake some more. That storyline just died after that one episode, and that's a shame, because it had a lot of potential. Of all the villains in the rogue's gallery he's got the closest ties to all of the heroes of Gotham (Batman's former best friend, Gordon's previous #1 ally in the fight on crime, he framed Gordon in SHADOW OF THE BAT so Batgirl doesn't like him, Dick has always been fearful of him, he killed Tim Drake's father, etc, etc, etc...)
-A Ra's Al Ghul movie with an original plotline. Bane and Ivy could be in it, too. I've always thought of the three of them as being a good team. I hope that it wouldn't be just another "destroy the world" type idea, because he's done that already. Thing is, what is there left for Ra's to do that hasn't really been done?
-...I guess the Joker should get another movie at some time, but not for a long, long time. I'd like for the animated crews to explore other options with other villains before going back to ol' reliable. I'm already sick of seeing him in so many of the "special event" stories; hold off on him a bit, and make his appearances fewer and further between. That, in turn, will make those same appearances all the more cool.

I like to see what happen to Catwoman and Nightwing in Batman Beyond.
Also Poison Ivy's fate in Batman Beyond is another cool DTV that I can think of.

-The Catwoman DTV, either retooled for current continuity or for BB
-Any stories featuring Scarecrow, Riddler, Mad Hatter, or Ra's Al Ghul
-Azreal adapted for the DCAU. Not necessarily Knightfall, but maybe just Sword of Azreal.

PG-13 Scarecrow and PG-13 Joker movies. It's needed. They've been sugar coated too much, ROTJ tapped how much of horrific storys that could be done. The PG-13 Scarecrow could be related to how he he changed, cause that would definitely be horrific considering how he looked when he started out.
They would probably be good to be released at the same time as PG Batman movies so that sells wouldn't fully depend on them, but I'd guess if they were done good enough they would sell well.

I would love to see a Batman Beyond movie that would include the JLU and tie-up The Zeta Project. Essentially the government gets tired of hunting Zeta, so they stick the JLU after him. Batman has to step in and protect him. Of course, the chances of this happening r pretty much non-existant.

I like most of what the rest of you are saying.
-"What happened to Nightwing" (Batman Beyond)
-something with Two-Face
-something with the Penguin
-and lay off the Joker for a little while. Give him a break so the stories with him still seem original.
I also want something with Rupert Thorne (he was my favorite "normal" villain), this story would probably be focused on someone else, but I want Thorne to have a major presence
Really I don't care what stories they do. Just do more of them. Lots and lots of them.
