hey all, i have a very strange request, but i'm desperate. Im an art student and i NEED a frosted up, full of ice, crazy frosty freezer for an art project. would any of you in the NYC or Jersy area have an old frosted over freezer (upright preferred, but i'll take anything) that you want to either sell or trade? ive got a great upright freezer that i've been trying to use for this project, but it has an automatic defrost so i cant us it. but its in great shape and im willing to pay or trade.

or if you dont go one, do you know someone who does?? OR do you know some place i can get an old model freezer that DOESNT have an automatic defrost function? OR if any of you know about freezer coils and such, how could i go about getting my freezer to frost up like mad?? thanks ALOT. PEACE.

Actually, I HAVE been looking for you :p Though the only older fridges (or ones without automatic defrosters) with give you what you want... Also freezer chests as well. I'll keep looking for you though... Until then, stay frosty! :D

sorry to bump this thread again, but it is really important. come on people, ask around about a FROSTED UP FREEZER. I'LL PAY MONEY.

or trade batman stuff. i got basically the entire btas figure line, mainly villians (i dont bother w/ the varient crap), plus the most of the shadow of the bat big figures, plus LOTS more. remember, must be in the nyc area/nj/LI area. thanks alot.

Woah - you'd be willing to trade B:TAS stuff. Poor guy. No one should have to come to that point. Wish I could help, but I'm up in Canada, and we don't need freezers in our igloos here ( :p ). Best wishes, though :)

You might want to try freezing blocks of ice in a cube-esque tuperwear container, but that can takes days, and it probably won't have the effect you're looking for. Any luck at a used appliance store, or a grandparent's place? Grandparents usually tend to have old, frozen-over things. Doesn't it rock to be an artist?
