AIM Themes

The newest addition to The Trapeze (http://trapeze.toonzone.net), and something that I'm quite thrilled over: AIM Themes! Tossing around the idea of doing one more one, an animated one, but this is what we've got for now....and to maybe get you all to check it out a bit faster, here's a peek of one:

Awesome! I've been looking for some Batman AIM themes for a few weeks, and I found a really horrid Batman Beyond theme, but I'm sure that these will be scores better!

Yeah, this seems really cool! I'm working on a "Steel" AIM scheme, and apparently a WF theme is currently possibly under development.

hehe, glad to see people like these! And ooo, we've even got a trend starting! What fun *dances* I love the WF theme, that turned out quite nicely BB! Can't wait to see what other ones people do.

They are a pain at first, but once you get the hang of them you can have a lot of fun! I've enjoyed making mine *hugs his cool Solo theme just before realising how odd he looks...*

Yeah, the WF...it got screwy with the repeating images. I'm gonna re-do a couple of the images so they don't repeat like they do. Should look better then :)

oo, this is so much fun! Maybe later you guys could do STAS, TNBA and BB themes! There's only one BB theme out there right now, and I've heard it's rather lame. I know you could make a much cooler one in a heartbeat BB.

I completely agree! The Batman Beyond theme that I got before was extraordinarily... uh... wack (for lack of a better term), and I'm sure that Bird Boy (or some of our other members) could do a fantastic job!

Can someone post the link where you get the AIM 5.1 (I think its this one). Everytime I go on the site it automatically redirects me to the UK site - which is 'tarded and doesn't have it.

To anyone's who has managed to make a theme without the images repeating messily...

Could you possibly list the dimensions you made each image to keep it from repeating? The dimensions that the website's guide lists don't work very well. Any help would be appreciated :)

Really, you've had some trouble with that? The dimensions they gave worked perfectly for the themes I did. About the only on that repeated, that I expected to repeat, was the background pic for the IM window. Other than that, it could depend on the size you have your boxes. Some people might make their buddy list window longer or shorter than one they have displayed, and that's going to alter how much of the images you can see. Their IM window is set longer than I normally have mine, so the images I do for the side of the IM window I know will be cut off a little. That help at all?
