Well, as you are aware by now that the Warner Bros. Studio Stores will soon be a memory. Earlier this year, the large flagship store at 57th Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan was closed already.
Alas, the branch store in the basement of 5 World Trade Center already met its untimely end much sooner on that morning of Tuesday, September 11. Now, the Times Square branch store has posted its "Everything Must Go" and "Items 10% to 30% Off" signs as well as its "Store Is Closing" banners.
Oh well, the W-B Studio Stores were once fun to shop and browse through at the peak of their popularity. The last item I had purchased from them was at its Times Square store, and it was simply a blank journal book with the cover of Bugs, Tweety, Daffy and Taz on a M.T.A. officially licensed New York City Subway Map.
