When was the last time that "Bushy Hare" was shown on CN (if ever)?

"Bushy Hare" aired on last year's JUNE BUGS marathon during the wee hours in the morning and has not aired since, as a matter of fact...Busy Hare is now a part of the "Bugs Bunny" censored 12

Thanks for the answer! That rings a bell!

The reason I asked was that I was trying to remember how many of the 12 had been shown on CN previously. I vaguely remembered "Bushy Hare" being shown but wasn't absolutely sure...

All of the banned cartoons are prohibited for fear of "offending" a member of some ethnic group or the other, right?? The unique thing is that ALL of these ethnic groups happen to be American (or distantly related to American groups). But "Bushy Hare" features an aborigine... How many of us have EVER even met an aborigine, let alone offended one??? Iffff "Bushy Hare" is shown in Australia or Tazmania then somebody there might be mildly peeved, but I strongly doubt it!! At this rate I'm assuming that "Prehysterical Hare" will be banned next for fear of offending a Neanderthal or Cro-Magnon man somewhere... Have to keep those stoneage men happy!! ;) ;)

Ya know I really should pass along to CN the letter that I got a few months ago from a ghetto-area teacher asking me for a copy of Columbia's 1941 toon "It Happened To Crusoe", which features Africans. According to this particular teacher his African-American schoolchildren LOVE the cartoons that feature Africans or African-Americans (and not just Fat Albert). And evidently identify positively with them, despite the cry-baby politically-correct Anglos who think they know what's best for all of us...

If anybody here has ever viewed African art, you'll see that the native caricatures in the cartoons aren't very far off from the representations in the art.

I suppose if AOL Time Warner or Disney owned those, they would be deemed offensive, and hidden from the public forever.
