If AS could advertise Jin-Roh why can't they advertise CB:KOHD? They are both rated R.

Maybe because the film's in a limited theatrical release, not on DVD yet like "Jin-Roh" was when advertised.

probably because Jin-Roh is rated 16+. So it just barely gets under the 17+ Adult limit.
