I havent got a chance to get the game yet, but I found the soundtrack for only 10 bucks. For those of you who've played the game, is the soundtrack worth getting?

I wouldn't reccomend buying a soundtrack to a game you haven't even played yet. Yeah, the music is okay, but it's pretty generic orchestral stuff. If you're big on orchestral music, you might want to pick it up, but if that's not really one of your favorite musical genres, there's no point in buying the game's soundtrack... since you're not going to recognize the tunes and appreciate them as much if you haven't played the game.

Buy a real CD instead... I don't know, a Soundgarden album or something.

thanks! I'll reconsider! I also might pick the game up soon, so if I like what I hear, I might get it.

I would rather get a Resident Evil or even a Final Fantasy Soundtrack over Eternal Darkness. :)

Maybe so, but to buy a videogames soundtrack just because it's a videogame soundtrack would be silly, especially if you wouldn't normally take an interest in that kind of music.

What I would reccomend doing is burning yourself some custom mixes, if you can't find anyone around that sells game soundtracks.
