Weeee. New freakin schedule. Again.instead of just replacing one or two shows, they replace them, and shuffle the rest around.
AM I NEVER GOING TO GET THE REST OF LUPIN?
We're getting to the point where there are enough shows in the can to fill almost 10 hours of programming. The rotation every 3-4 weeks is pissing me off. Is it too much to ask to keep a show on th air for more than a month or so at a time?
I love watching a show one week at one time, and coming back next week and seeing it moved to a new time slot, and something else in its place.

Your mood doesn't seem really in tune with your avatar.
It would be easier to understand the way you feel if you had some sort of angry/scary face on it. Not just a happy picture of Jigen.
:p
Anyways, I'm ok with the new schedule, I wish they would show new Lupin III episodes also....

You know, the scehdule for next month has been around for a month now. It's not CN's fault that you didn't look ahead.
Rotating programs is healthy for a growing block to keep from being stale.
And CHRIST. Lupin gets at least 2 runs per month. Certainly you could have seen every episode by now. It's had 3 runs!

I see no problem with it whatsoever. If they DIDN'T rotate the lineup every month or so, things would be incredibly stale, moreso than even now. And what do you expect with Lupin? These same episodes have been airing for three months now, and they've gotten repeat after repeat. The only reasonable thing to do is for it to pull an Inu-Yasha, take a break, and come back at the appropriate time.
I think it's apparent that Reign's going to be the next show to be bumped, in favor whatever comes next(Blue Gender? New Lupin? Something else altogether?).

We could at least finish the first (american) season of Lupin.

They will, when the episodes are ready.

No. Deal with it.
I'm sorry, I know that sounds cold, but the fact is that we can complain all we like, but Adult Swim WILL still rearrange their schedule every month or so, so we all might as well get used to it.

INcorrect. There are 10 episodes that CN has not aired, and it's because of Pioneer. They're trying to plan out the rest of the series based on the initial crowd reaction.

ASA's first schedule was the same for a good 4 months. But that was before they got more shows and it didnt get good ratings then anyway.

This is a subject which I've been vocal about in the past. I think it's awful that they change the schedule all the time. For big fans like us it's not that big of a deal because we come here and get the schedule, but I don't know how they expect to get new viewers when they not only change a show's timeslot five times a year, but take shows off the air for awhile. Everybody is so upset at FOX for what they did to Futurama, but what they're doing to shows like Home Movies is the same, or at the very least it is extremely similar.
I remember when I was in high school and saw cartoon planet for the first time, and thought it was hilarious. I caught it the next week, and the week after that it was gone. Later I saw space ghost coast to coast, but then that was gone. A few weeks later I caught cartoon planet at a different time, but once again they changed it on me. Here I was, a potential viewer, but they did not get me to watch regularly because I HAD NO IDEA WHEN THESE SHOWS WERE ON.
At the very least, they need to tell people in advance that a show's timeslot has changed, or if it will be off the air they need to say when it will be back on and what the timeslot will be.

I think the schedule for April, if you've noticed how many times it's changed, is very inconsistent. The schedule is very lucid and confusing. Half the time I don't know what's going on. Why is Sealab being replaced with Space Ghost? Why are show A and show B swapping timeslots? I understand acquiring new shows and putting shows that are in reruns on hiatus long enough to air the new shows, but the plot is just confusing. What you people call stale is what I call knowing when shows are going to be on. But it's mostly irrelevant. To the scheduling people, Adult Swim is from 11-2, that's all that matters. They're just letting it be amorphous instead of structured. Lupin being temporarily replaced with Trigun doesn’t bother me. Things that bother me include the inane juggling of timeslots.
