Dirty Pair Talkback?

I notice there's lots of talkbacks for Anime Shows and such. But I also notice there in'st one for Dirty Pair that comes on different times on Showtime Beyond from Fri-Sun. I was wondering if I could do the talkback or do you need to be a Admin or Mod?

Anyone can make a talkback thread. All that we ask is that if it's something that's airing on television (like the Anime Unleashed talkback threads, for example) you wait until after it's aired to post a talkback thread. So, for example, if by the time the first Anime Unleashed episode of the week airs in your area I haven't posted an official talkback thread yet, you can safely assume I've forgotten and post one yourself.
Also, it's nice if you put a spoiler warning in the title of the thread so that people can discuss the series or movie without bothering with spoiler tags. So for example a Dirty Pair talkback thread should be titled something like "Dirty Pair Talkback (SPOILERS!)" If you want to limit discussion to only certain episodes, just put the episodes in the thread title. (Ex: "Escaflowne Eps. 1-4 Talkback (SPOILERS!)")
