Williams III and Mick Gray on the character they introduced to the DCU.”
The Chase/D.E.O. story in Joker: Last Laugh Secret Files continues the storyline that has been running through the Secret Files specials since the Our Worlds at War Secret Files, where a new D.E.O. agent named Hansen was introduced.
