I realized this a few minutes ago.

I have a ton of Harley Quinn comics and the art changes drastically as the series goes. Sometimes on purpose (like the pop up of a Batman: TAS styled harley somewhere along the way)

one issue was totally done in some utterly different style.

I wanna know... does this happen to you? Do you find yourself noticing that the art changes drastically?

Do you mind it?

I dont mind it too much... It just weirds me out and confuses me at times.

I don't mind it when the art is good.

Ultimate X-Men seems to change art directions with every new storyarc, but each seems to play off the other kind of well. It's not an overly drastic change, and when it is (see: Chris Bachelo (sp?)), it's someone that had done the X-Men before and knows how do it pretty well.

It's one of those things that has a 50/50 shot of being good or bad.

unless they do the Animated quinn, it doesnt really pertain to the plot and if memory serves me, someone actually wrote in and complained about all the switching if style.

hehe i ought to find some other comics and check this out
