How many jokes have there been of Looney Tunes on MST3K. Here are some I've heared:
-In Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonder's a dragon chases a robber and Crow says, "Is that you Beany Boy?!" And later in the flick, the toy monkey cause the earth to split apart, resembling a rabbit traveling underground. mike says, "Bugs Bunny must have taken that left turn at Alberquerque."
-The Brain that wouldn't die: There's an actor who looks like Mel Blanc. Enough said.

1012- Squirm (Short: A Case of Spring Fever)
In the short, a mattress "zooms-out" and Servo hums the Merrie Melodies theme.
814-Riding With Death
Crow: Be vewy vewy qwiet, we're hunting twipolydine heh heh heh heh (as Elmer Fudd)
910- The Final Sacrifice
Servo (as old coot) "By the way, I hates that rabbit!"
Episode?- Last Clear Chance (Short)
Shot of bald guy who looks like Elmer Fudd
Mike: "Kill the wabbit, kill the wabbit..."
There's some other episodes where Crow does the "vewy vewy qwiet" line...
MST: The Movie
Crow: "Cal, that fella, what a maroon!"
There's also an episode that has weird, muffled background voices and Mike says "Hey, Popeye" in a Fleischer-esque background voice (it's low)
909-Gorgo
Yellow Submarine referance.
Can YOU name any more?

In "Kitten with a Whip", the hero walks into his house only to find it invaded by the female criminal character. When the hero first enters the house, we hear cartoon music playing in the background. Servo says something to the effect of "Hey. it's Carl Stalling's house!" When the hero enters the TV room, we see the television is playing a Sylvester cartoon ["Canned Feud", I belive] and Mike and the 'Bots rejoyce at having "Something good to watch". When the anti-heroine blocks the TV, Servo is annoyed "Hey, move it! I want to watch Sylvester!"
Expanding on the Mel Blanc reference in "The Brain that Wouldn't Die" : a guy who looks like the late, great Warner voice actor hits on a young woman. Mike or one of the 'bots says "Mel Blanc makes his move!" which is followed up by an impression of Yosemite Sam: "Yer goin' out with me tonite, ya varmint!"
I seem to remember severak "Road Runner" related riffs as well: In "Rocket Attack, USA", someone has primed explosives, and the background music plays a "sting". Servo immediatly enters a "Beep Beep!" just before the explosion goes off. In "The Rebel Set", a theif is explaining a rather intricate armored car robbery plan. One of the guys comments "Hmm, wasn't this a Road Runner gag?" [There have been other RR references, but I can't remember the specific episodes.]

Late in the "Hobgoblins" episode, people are seen running out a nightclub's entrance in a panic.
With that shot, one of them comments "Looks like Pepe Le Pew came in through the exit!"

MST3K airs on the Sci-Fi Channel at 8:00 a.m. (or 9 a.m. depending on where you live) on Saturdays.
The "Satellite News" website has a schedule for upcoming episodes (look on Yahoo); all repeats since the show ended in 1998.
