Has anyone here been able to find that video in stores? I've been searching most of the stores in my hometown that sell videos and cannot find it. I'd rather buy it in a store than order it on line because for some reason, I don't feel comfortable about ordering things off the internet.

I see where Barnes & Knoble list it on their website right here (http://video.barnesandnoble.com/search/product.asp?userid=22O8FLQQM7&EAN=786936166804).
Now if your local B&N doesn't have a copy in stock, you can ask them to order it and have it sent to the local store for you to examine. I've done that with books there before - it takes a few days for it to arrive if you go that route.

Well, I have my doubts that you'll be able to find it at your local Wal-Mart or K-Mart. If there is one in your area, you might want to try Borders Books, I have found they usually have a good selection of videos. Or you could also try The Disney Store. I know that's where I found my copy of the Frank & Ollie documentary a couple years ago.

Amazon.com also has it, and says it ships in 24 hours. I have purchased things through Amazon many, many times and have never had any problems.

The thing that I like about my local Borders is that they have computers that let you look up the video/book that you want, print out the description, and take it to the Customer Service desk where they will order it for you if it is not in stock. If it is in stock, the computer will map out where the item is in the store. I like this because the Barnes & Noble people like to lie to me and tell me that an item is unavailable. Not a very customer-friendly crowd there, in my experience.

Sounds like the quality of customer service varies between here and there. I've had excellent service at both B&K and Borders.

The last time I ordered I didn't even go into the B&K store until my book was ready. I just called them and asked if it was in stock - they ordered it and set it aside for me without requiring any info other than a phone number (so they could notify when it arrived at the store). Heck, I wasn't even committed to buying it - they ordered it so I could look it over and decide whether I wanted it or not.

Of course your local store may be different - as they say, your mileage may vary...
