How do i play AVIs

I downloaded this X men episode of kazaa and it is in AVI format when i play it , i only get sound for some reason is there anyway i can actually watch this avi file?

PM A man called "Mr. Eye"...he should have the proper DivX codec for you to watch it.

That's all I can say right now..if it doesn't work, try downloading other various codecs..
