Lots of the Looney Tunes characters, it seems to me, hate ALL of each other. It does not seem like any of them get along. Except the following:
Granny: Tweety
Tweety: Granny, Hector
Elmer Fudd: Yosemite Sam, Tasmanian Devil
Yosemite Sam: Elmer Fudd, Tasmanian Devil
Porky Pig: Petunia Pig (- Petunia Pig: Porky Pig)
Speedy Gonzales: Yosemite Sam, Road Runner
And, it seems to me like the only characters without rivals are Petunia Pig and Mama Bear (the 3 Bears).
What do you guys think?
Daniel
I consider Porky and Daffy to generally be friends. I don't recall Yosemite Sam being friends with Speedy, didn't he go up against a Mexican version of Sam in one of those 60s cartoons?
The Goofy Gohpers are friends, so very polite to one another. And you've got Sniffles and the Bookworm and the Hawk. And Jose and Manuel, and Hubie and Bertie. If course, these are all minor characters (though, the Tasmanian Devil, Petunia, Granny, and the bulldog aren't really major characters either, I suppose). And there's Bosko and Honey, and Buddy and Cookie.

You can infer that Bugs and the Road Runner are friends.
Granny + Sam
Henery Hawk and the Barnyard Dawg
Sniffles however, has only enemies...

During the period when the WB Animation staff was working frequently on the Western Publishing comics (1943-late 1950s), they portrayed the relationships this way:
Bugs likes, and hangs out with, Porky and Sylvester. Bugs is Crawford Crow to Elmer's Fauntleroy Fox, with the occasional bouts of friendship this involves.
Porky generally likes Bugs, though sometimes feels taken advantage of (and feels Bugs deserves what he gets from Elmer). Porky resentfully tolerates Sylvester.
Sylvester, whose comics persona owed a lot to KITTY KORNERED in the early years, likes Bugs and Porky both. He is only a villainous type around Tweety, due mainly to natural instinct.
Daffy treats Porky and Elmer like friends, but drives them loopy in the process— particularly Elmer.
Henery Hawk is friends with Oliver (Ollie) Owl, the snob kid from I HAVEN'T GOT A HAT. Ollie Owl was a regular character in the comics all the way into the 1970s!
Of course, the comics continuity isn't as important as what was seen on the screen. But then, the comics were trying to build up a very different kind of continuity with the Warner characters.

Speedy is friends with Daffy in one of the Bill Hendricks Daffy/Speedy cartoons, "Skyscraper Caper."
Marvin and K-9 are friends as well and I suppose Porky gets along with Sloppy Moe of "Injun Trouble" and "Wagon Heels."
Sylvester is friends with a bulldog in "Stooge for a Mouse."
And actually, Granny and Tweety ARE friends
BTW,
I don't believe I ever saw a Speedy cartoon with the Tasmanian Devil:p

Sylvester is friends with a bulldog in "Stooge for a Mouse."
Yeah, until that mouse came along and split them up.
Bugs and Daffy are friends.
Yeah, I've always thought that deep down Bugs and Daffy were friends, but Daffy usual does mean things to him because of his greed. He also always seems to be jealous of Bugs.

Doesn't anyone else remember Marc Anthony and his kitten?

...which later went way out of kilter (if understandably so in this case) when the Road Runner found himself minus Wile E. Coyote, but (IIRC) with the ability to speak only in rhyme, and surrounded by a full nuclear family who could all do the same. Oy!

Sylvester and Tweety were friends at the beginning of SNOW BUSINESS (my favorite short with them, BTW :D )- although Sylvester did have to suppress his inner feline instincts. It was only after they discovered they were snowed in without any cat food that he set out to make meal out of Tweety.
Bugs and Daffy were revealed to be friends in the late entry MILLION-HARE- although the game show they were watching did serve to rekindle their traditional rivalry.
Porky and Daffy were friends and co-workers a lot early on (WISE QUACKERS, BABY BOTTLENECK) -and even roommates in TICK TOCK TUCKERED. Jones (MY FAVORITE DUCK) and Freleng (DUCK SOUP TO NUTS) initially presented them as antagonists. When he became a director, McKimson heavily relied on this facet of their relationship, with crazy Daffy driving straight-pig Porky crazy (DAFFY DOODLES, DAFFY DUCK SLEPT HERE, BOOBS IN THE WOOD, THE PRIZE PEST), getting him into trouble (THUMB FUN) or bilking him (DIME TO RETIRE). The Jones genre parodies don't really present them as friends, but serve to make subordinate Porky the real brains of the outfit- most subtlely in ROCKET SQUAD, in which Porky keeps correcting Daffy's narration.
Let's not forget that Sam and Ralph are actually friends- they even breakfast together in WOOLEN UNDER WHERE. It's only when they're on duty that they fulfill their cartoon stereotypes.

Ya think Bugs and the wolf went out for a couple brews after "Little Red Riding Rabbit" ended?
Red sued the both of 'em for emotional trauma, punitive damages, and of course, her outrageous bill from her gynecologist. :p
