Yeah, BB won a daytime emmy for sound and composition this weekend. One of only two toons to do so. But they're not interested in buying more shows? Sheesh!

There has been a history of shows recognized by the Emmys that fail to get recognized in the ratings and are thus cancelled for no good reason other than the station wants to try to make money on something else. This is the same song, just a different day.

Yes, unfortunately, despite Batman Beyond's obviously high quality animation, WB will decide to employ shows like the irksome Static Shock....
BB won an Emmy? :) Very cool. Even more of a reason WB is being stupid......

The Batman show won alot of awards during it's run, and just before it was canned. Oddly, Kevin Conroy has never, ever been NOMINATED for an Emy. Talk about UNFAIR, hunh?

lemme explain................i'm not replying to myself. it just looks that way. i'm replying to other people's posts, but all of the posts just land on the bottom all next to each other. i guess thats one thing thats bad on the boards. thats one good feature on the old board i'll be missing. on the old board, the posts were organized in a nice hierarchy. your reply was listed under the post you replied to and it didn't look like you were replying to yourself. here on the new boards, all of the posts just get listed on one page.

Yeah-- one of the complaints I made on another board. It's good that the board automatically inserts the post you're replying to in a quotation; I try to leave at least part of that quote in my replies, so it'll be clear where the reply fits into the thread. :rolleyes:
