I'm not at all familiar with that quote, but I'm still gonna give you a 10 (mainly because when I glanced at it, I read "Vin Cente" and "Vincennes" which reminded me of when I was a very little child growing up in Southern Indiana, and that brought back all sorts of warm, fuzzy memories, and they made me feel happy, and. . . ok, I'll shut up now! :p )
