Hmmm, I don't know about Stateside but its still on over in the U.K. on CN's spin-off channel CNX. They seem to loop the episodes around though, last one I saw they were right back at freeing Rogue from Mystique again.

Due to Kids WB's Midseason Replacements, X-Men Evolution hasn't been on since about January. Until about early summer (at the earliest) don't expect to see X-Men Evo on Kids WB on a regular rotation. The new season of 9 episodes should appear next fall, and that will probably be the end of the series. The good news is that in March, Cartoon Network will start airing X-Men Evo on the Saturday Night Action Block from the beginning to the end.

It has been confirmed for another season, it's just that the season as it stands right now is 9 episodes, bringing the total to 52.
Seems like everyone and their mother is asking where Evo went. Take the hint, Kids WB, just take the hint.
Later.

Kids' WB will air the final four episodes of Season 3 in May, to coincide with X2's release.

Every one has been asking what happened to the show! Anyway it's great news that we are finally getting the final four episodes soon. I'm glad that they aren't stretching it out. It seems like 52 is the magic episode number, KidsWB cancells all the good shows when they reach 52 but stupid stuff like Pokemon and yu-Gi-Oh! Stretch on fo hundreds of episodes. Amybe CN will renew it for another season if/when KidsWB cancells it. Ah, I can wish.
