I'd have to say my biggest brat would probably be Tweety though. Sorry Tweety fans maybe I just never 'got him' but every time I saw those old cartoons as a kid I'd end up wishing Sylvester could just eat him and put an end to the agony and I still feel the same way watching 'em today :(
