Written by Devin Grayson; art by Rick Leonardi and Jesse Delperdang; cover by Brian Ewing

As Nightwing takes on the new Tarantula, a familiar face turns up dead in the sewers of Blüdhaven. Meanwhile, the cops of Blüdhaven are becoming increasingly violent. Can Nightwing get to the bottom of their strange behavior before they tear the city apart?

Things have been getting quite interesting so far in Nightwing, if you haven't been reading it lately, you really should! Thoughts on this latest issue?

Picked it up this weekend. It was good. I for one, am enjoying Devin's work on Nightwing. I think she has a good feel for the character and really gets into characterization. (In other words she takes time to flesh out her characters.) The action was pretty good in this one but some of the scenes were a bit disjointed. (Especially where he's chasing Tarantula)

I too am interested in seeing where Devin's going with the storyline but having read blurbs about upcoming issues I can kinda see where she is building too with some aspects of the story. (Like her new sport drink) I think she is weaving a lot of interesting threads and I'd like to see where she is heading with some of them.

I loved the issue. But was sorry to see Devin killed off who she killed off. (I'm being vague for now. Will go back and edit later.)

Nice to know Devin's going to explore the fact that Dick pushes himself too hard.

Yeah, I'm really interested to see where this is going. Especially with those drinks(Mega Flex)! I mean, we know these guys, and gals, work themselves extra hard, but even compared to that I think Dick is just doing too much. Being a cop from 8 to 6, probably being Nightwing from 10 to 4, or even later as this issue showed. Babs brought up a good point, "when do you sleep?" I'd sure like to know where, if ever, he fits it in! Was right about his partner being gay. Poor Dick, he's such a big sweety, but you can tell his partner has had to deal with a whole lot of flack from people, and doesn't look too trusting from the get go. I was also a bit surprised with who ended up dead, and I'm also intrigued by that female reporter! Overall storyline was great, and I'm just in love with the current artist. I don't think Dick has ever looked so good. Devin is a great writer, and I for one am loving her work.
