OT: Pray for us...

Dear fellow Batman Beyond fans...

As you all might have heard (how could you not) the World Trade Center was attacked savagely by terrorists. I am currently here living in NYC because of college. It's been such a rough week for me and everyone around me, and I nearly lost my dad to the entire incident. I'm still in shock, but several of my teachers actually live downtown and were affected greatly by the disaster. I'm not trying to provoke anything, but I just wanted everyone to pray for those in NYC. It's really hard adjusting to what happened. I mean, I can still smell the smoke in the dorm room.

On a BB related note, I will be taking down my website, Batman Beyond: Museum of the Arts. It's taking up too much of my time, and I really need to settle down and study because I'm here only on scholarship. It really pains me to have to do something like this, and I will put up a formal letter in due time, but I'm really constricted by everything. Especially what happened recently. Life is just too short.

I will try to post a happier post later on in relation to BB and stuff, but now a too painful time for me.

I send my condolences for anyone at this message board who had lost someone in the great tragedy.

you don't have to close your site down do you? You could leave it up, but leave a "explanation note" up for ppl to know why you don't update.

That's just my idea..unless you HAVE to access it everyday or whatever.

And I've been praying for everybody in NY since the incident happened. just thought you'd like to know..heh

you know, e'tienne, i had thought about you when i heard about what happened. your site said you had went off to school, so i was wondering if you were ok. i'm glad to hear that you are.

it saddens me that you are taking you site down. i understand you reasons perferctly for i have recently started school and the homework along with my other responsibilities are taking up alot of time. your site ,no lie, was the best bb fanfic site around (no offense world's finest) it was somewhere i could go to look at other works and try to improve my writing.

thanks for all the enjoyment you site has brought me over the summer.

as for all you guys who are in college managing these sites, i commend you, you guys have great dedication!

I might just put up a note explaining why I'm not going to be able to upload very often. Taking the entire thing off would be completely drastic, especially after all the time and effort that I have placed into it...

Another thing is, if anyone would want to help me out with this website, I would GLADLY accept your help!!!!!!1 I'm so swamped with everything, and on top of that. the WTC.... I don't know what to do with it!
