Yep, a new movie will be made, let's hope they aren't as chatty in this one.

It's sort of interesting. The plot sounds pretty good, but I wouldn't mind if they talked. If it's going to be like Tweety's High-Flying Adventure (which was OK), here's characters I'd like to see in it:
Spike & Tyke
Nibbles
Butch
Duckling (am I the only one who doesn't find him annoying?)
Muscles Mouse
The Woodpecker from "Peck Up Your Troubles"
Toodles
The Canary
and of course....Mammy-Two-Shoes
Sure, I know you're thinking, "DREAM ON!" but it could happen. They could redesign MTS's character, with a less ethnic voice and appearance.

I think the new model for Mammy Two-Shoes ought to be Halle Berry. If not her, then how about Whoopi Goldberg? The character wouldn't have to be a maid anymore, either.

A little birdie tells me that it's being done by the same folks who did "Tweety's High-Flying Adventure", and Tom & Jerry DO NOT TALK in the movie.

If they're doing all kinds of guest appearances, I'd love to see Droopy show up. I don't know if I'll actually bother to see it, but it'd be nice to know he's there.
If they do the whole travel-around-the-world thing, they could fit in the Neapolitan mouse. They could also include the French Nibbles. Touche, Pussycat! I hope they do it well.

That's nice to know. I liked Tweety's High-Flying Adventure. It wasn't that bad. And Tom & Jerry NOT talking will make the chances of Disney-esque songs in the movie very low. However, someone else could do the singing...... :o
