Ezekial Connected to Shathra?

I was re-reading Amazing Spider-Man #31 and I stumbled onto something that may be of interest, and has me re-evaluting some of the recent issues of the series. In #31 Ezekial is having a meeting on page 8 (including the pages with ads). There are a couple of panels when some of Ezekial's employees are pictured. Included in that group is non other than Shathra, on the left hand side. She is in her human form with the raven hair and lipstick, just like how she looked when she first appeared.

So...could this be a coincidence or is there more to Ezekial than we know?

due more to the fact that many of romita jr's characters all tend to have the same basic face :-D

clearly there is a connection, but i doubt its as clear as what you just pointed out.

I made the guess that Ezekial is the thrid person that will go against Spidey but thats just a guess...

I think it makes sense that he would be the third one. Plus, we got some forshadowing of that in issue #49. So, he really could be the third baddie Spider-Man has to face. And it makes sense, especially with that 'keep your friends close, your enemies closer' shtick.
