Since GAOLT is now out of distribution, it's a collector's item. GET IT!!!

What if I don't have a LD player? Is it a good investment? Is it a good buy below 30$.

Below $30, Vol. 1 is a very good investiment. It is the most common of the GAOLT sets and thus doesn't warrant a terribly high price. Vols. 2, 4, and 5 are known to fetch all kinds of money though even if used!!

Also keep in mind that two versions of the Vol. 1 laserdisc set exist....the first with "Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips" and the second with "Racketeer Rabbit." I don't know if getting "Nips" was one of your reasons for purchasing the discs, so you may want to check which one you're being offered.

Annnnnnnd sometimes it hard to tell the two apart!!! My copy lists "Nips The Nips" on the cover, but the disc has "Racketeer Rabbit"...
