i think only mods can.

i think mods could only use it because of bandwidth

*looked through different forums to see who is a mod and didn't see Gogeta anywhere.*

*wonders how Gogeta posted one in the Toonami forum*

Attachments are only for mods, but you can link to images.

I just pointed this out to you at the AS board, but you can do it using the IMG tags. Click on Reply to see how I do this.
