I haven't heard anything, but I know the ratings are down almost half of what they were last season. I don't see how the series and a TV movie would really be all that different unless they do something like "The Osburnes go to Disney World"

No doubt the ratings are down. The show just isn't nearly as compelling, or more importantly, funny as last season. I can't articulate a reason why this is except that it probably has a ton to do with overexposure and the fact that Kelli (who has marginal musical talent at best) is being turned into a pop star by MTV and she's letting it go straight to her head.

The Osbournes go to hell for a family reunion where Kelly fells in love with Satan's son and Ozzy has to find a way to stop the nuptials while Jack tries to take over and Sharon negotiates for 10% of Hell's profits after finding Ozzie's face is being used to promote the place.

I know on VH1's Rockstrogly, one of the psychics mentioned that The Osbourne's would be in a "Spice World" type movie. Considering VH1 and MTV are "sister" channels, it's probably going to happen. I wouldn't be suprised if we hear in month or two, that they'll offically annouce it.
