From what I hear, it was a cooperative effort between Brian Cruz, Eileen (Harley), Colin, and Jim Harvey. Is that correct?

BTW, whatever happened to Eileen's Hole in the Wall? You know, the part that was operated by an electric hamster?

Close, just me Brian & Harl, Jim's only responsible for his WF section of the site, and became part of the Toon Zone family a few months after TZ itself was borne =)

But was Brian Cruz down graded form admin, because I saw his user name one and it was not Italic on his name any longer.

No he wasn't, he's still an Admin, check the listing of the staff page on the main board page. It was a side-effect of when we had to do some restructuring for the news department. Brian is still very much an admin =)
