Acclaimed writer Peter David has indicated that there are plans for a new Supergirl trade paperback, which will collect the final issues of the series.

Yeah. How stupid is this...it's sales have spiked enough to be worth issuing a TPB and yet its just been cancelled.

I'm loving this story right now, and I think it's great it's going to be in a trade.

I'm just mad they're cancelling Supergirl. What other DC comics have a heroine as the main character? Wonder Woman.... Catwoman.... Harley Quinn..... And like they are outnumbered by the number of Batman and Superman books combined. That's just wrong for us fangirls. :)

The solution? Jade gets her own miniseries or title. Then I'm pleased. (Just kidding, but it'd be nice to have more women starring and headlining their own comics in the DCU...)

Jade - LOVE the Avatar!!!! And Jade will be a major part of the new Outsiders monthly coming out this summer, so Its kinda like getting your wish - can't wait to see her teamed with one of my favorites...Nightwing!!!

Having one of your favorite books cancelled really bites!!! I feel all your pain and wish it would never happen - I'm very depressed about the Spectre being cancelled - oh well :mad:

I will definitely be picking this TPB up though - who knows, if sales for this go through the roof maybe it will return!!!
