Which STAS shoulda gotten more spotlight?

I think that Perry White really got shortchanged. He could have easily filled the role of Clark and Lois' mentor, perhaps even as a quasi-father figure for Superman (like with Jim Gordon and Batman).

I choose Lana Lang because she is Clarks High School sweetheart and I would have like to see her love triangle with Lois play out more. :)

i voted for Supergirl but i'm not quite sure on how they could have used her further. I don't want for her to be a partner for Superman by any stretch of the imagination, but some interesting arcs could have been formulated - perhaps some that dramatize Clark's care for her (something that was briefly, but effectively, touched upon in Legacy). Also, I'll always have an explicably like for the Kents...i'm still trying to figure out why...
