Batman wears briefs, but i'm betting Bruce has boxers. I just can't imagine seeing a picture of Bruce in a pair of tightey whiteys. I think i've seen him in boxers though.

Well I'm sure Bruce is smart enough not to wear underwear with little BATS on them, boxers OR briefs. :) Not that it's any of my business, but I'll just look at it from a logical point of view. I'd probably think he goes with briefs because boxers would be a bit too easy to see when it came to costume time. :)

Well, "I Am the Night" (I think it is) explicitly mentions that his image has been commercialized, so I'm betting that along with the Bugs Bunny silk boxers Gotham is stocked with Batman silk boxers too. It would not be a give away, I think, for Bruce to wear them. And he might feel the need, the way Klinger in M*A*S*H* felt the need to wear a slip under his uniform.

Which raises a thought: Would any of the villains wear Batman insignia boxers, and if so, who?

I think Joker was shown wearing happy-face boxers in "Harley and Ivy". With that fish-belly-white skin of his, The Clown Prince of Crime is not a dude you want to see prancing about in his skivvies...yuk.

bruce: definately briefs, even w/ the playboy bachelor image he's still too grizzled for boxers, especially in the comics

terry: boxers, cause we all seen it on bb. come to think of it, did tas ever show bruce in his undies, cause that might answer our quesion...

supes: i actually bet supes has some boxers and some briefs
