My idea for a DCU comic series

Hi I'm a long fan and hopeful writer, I have an idea for DCU comic series called Scourge. Set in the city of Chicago, this comic sereis would be in the same vein as Batman.

He is basicly a modern day Gangbuster, the current Scourge is the grandson of the original who was the Tenth unknown member of the Untouchables.

I've got this idea for a comic series, when there was a limited Batman storyline set in Chicago. Which showed the corruption in the city was still there, no mater how much water and soap is dumped on Chicago it refused to be fully clean.

So does anyone here know how I can get DC interested in my idea?,

As a writer myslef here is some advice you should copyrighted all of your ideas and work and keep on devolping more intresting characters and read alot. Good concept hopefully one day DC or maybe me (when I get my own comic industry) will pick it up ;)

www.whatiscopyright.org explains how to copyright stuff, and what is this about the "tenth" Untouchable? I only remember four from the movie!
