It was on the air Satuday morning months and months ago, I think that was the last time it will be on Nick besides a marathon or something.

Unfortunately, someone said that the creator of "Rocko" got dissalusioned with TV and never wants to work in the medium again. Too bad, considering that the show was a one of the kind work that is one of the best animated series of the 1990's.

i dont think Rocko was THE most underrated. but one of them... I think Kablam is.... that hasnt aired on nick forever. and Rocko did air around christmas...
but i also ment other channels besides nick. but i guess not. :(
Wacky Delly must be the greatest thing I've ever seen on TV in the history of me seeing things on TV.

Rocko was probably one of the best Nicktoons I've ever had the pleasure of watching.

Wacky Deli was my favorite rocko as well. a great satire on several things ("art" movies/tv, how the television industry works) and was generally funny as well.
and i totally agree with the KaBlam! statement. "prometheus & bob" was one of the funniest things ive ever seen, not to mention "action league: now!" "life with loopy"(actually, loopy was a little weak) and "the offbeats".

Rocko's Modern Life used to be a good show, before my Cable TV was ever upgraded and I started to watch CN more, but this show was quite funny during those times but too bad they did not make any more after that. :(

if it helps any, one of the people from rocko's modern life, works on spongebob. and at times there's as much derangedness as there ever was in rocko's modern life.. maybe more so.

Some of the episodes were just priceless.
The Fair Episode where Rocko and Heffer went on the Nosebleed.
The Episode where Rocko took his appendix to the fair before it got cut out. (I thought frequently of this episode when I had my appendix cut out a year and a half ago)
The Episode where Heffer's brain got sucked into the TV and Rocko and the turtle guy (argh! I can't remember his name) had to go in there to bring it back.
So many others I could go on forever if only I could remember them.

I think it was Philbert (although I could be wrong and I'm sure I'll be corrected if I am. ;) )
I miss it too... I still quote from my favorite episode where the Chameleon Brothers put that video of Rocko in the nude out for sale. :D
Snuffy Snuffy!!!
About the animator being disillusioned on working for TV... I can't really blame him... he worked for Nick after all, that's gotta be enough to put a lot of people off!

I think it's spelled Filbert.
One of my favorites, was one of the last episodes. It was the one, where they used Heffer too power up that light bulb. Classic.

That was a pretty good show... back in the day. My favorite charaster was his dog Spunky. I cracked up every time he threw up... and then ate it again. Hehehehe! But as good as it was, I don't forsee it coming back on air any time soon, it's gone the way of Ren and Stimpy so to speak, in the Nicktoon retirement home...

... I think the Spunkster was Drooling.
It's spelled Filburt.

Actually, the very creator of spongebob is the one who worked on rocko, and left to begin work on spongebob fairly early. The wacky deli episode is meant to be making fun of spongebob, which rocko's creator absolutely hated. :)
