OK, NOW WEBPHOTOS is open - for good!
Just we need to edit all our posts with pictures hosted by webphots so they can be viewable. They all have new directories and flie names.

Note that webphotos now only allows jpg format files - no gifs. I had uploaded a gif before the server upgrade but now it won't allow them.
