Hi y'all,
I know that Zeta's first appearance was on Batman Beyond (obviously). But did Batman ever appear on Zeta as a guest appearance, once Zeta had his own show? Also, is Zeta a completetly independent show, or must it technically be included as part of the Batman: TAS, Batman/Superman, Batman Beyond, Justice League family??? In other words, is there a chance that Zeta might run into the Justice League in Batman Beyond's time? (Or maybe, just to please us fanboys, one Justice League member? Superman or Aquagirl would be a cool guest appearance. Zeta could try to hide in Atlantis! :)
Or is Zeta not that consistent with the other shows?
What brought up this question was that, I saw the second half of an episode (of which show I don't know) the other day that had Zeta and the girl that tags along with him (which made me think it was Zeta), but Batman and Mad Stan were in it too (which made me wonder who was appearing on whose show). Could someone help me clear up this? Thanks.

Batman appeared in the Zeta Project episode "Shadows". The episode you saw squall was a episode entitled "Countdown" in which Zeta appeared on Batman Beyond for a 2nd time. Those 2 episodes aired on the same day. Zeta first, then Batman Beyond.
Just thought I'd go into detail..

They could crossover! Batman (Terry McGinnis), the Justice League from his time (Superman, Aquagirl, Green Lantern, Warhawk, Barda, and Atom), and Zeta are all existing on Earth at about the same time, in the same "world." Batman Beyond's "Zeta", "Countdown", and "The Call" (Parts I and II) solidify that. So Zeta could meet one or more Justice League members! Or maybe he could meet Aquaman and try hiding in Atlantis! :) That would be quite a series finale, wouldn't you think? How would the U.S. Government agents infiltrate Atlantis? (Unless they have already by the mid-21st Century. If I was the CIA and I discovered a sub-alien race living in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, I'd sure as Hell keep an eye on them!)

In my above post, I meant that Zeta could meet Aquagirl -- but then again, maybe he could meet an old man Aquaman too, just sitting on his throne. (They could even give the old Aquaman the Justice League look (but older) to add to the consistency!) Now THAT would be a great Zeta two-parter season finale. :)

Thanks, Shreik. :) I used to write a lot in High School and my first year of college; I also used to win a lot of art awards for art and literature, too.
(I had a short story and a poem published nationally in a journal of some kind (don't remember the name) when I was in English Honors at Henderson State University's Honors College in Arkadelphia, AR. Who would have thought I'd become a Texas Longhorn and an Electrical Engineer?!? :p )

My favorite short story is one I wrote at Henderson; it was about a crossover between "Beowolf" and "The Once and Future King" (I've always loved crossovers! :) For example, I LOVE "World's Finest"!) In the story, the monster from Beowolf (I think his name was Grendel?) gets defrosted in the frozen pit Beowolf threw him in in England long ago, and then Arthur and Lancelot must lead a garrison of knights to take down the damn beast. The time Arthur and Lancelot spend fighting Grendel actually gives the bad guy in "The Once and Future King", Mordred, time to plan Arthur's downfall. I wrote it as if it was a "missing chapter" in the story of "The Once and Future King".
My English professor LOVED that one.
Speaking of crossovers, when Batman/Superman was still on, I had always wanted to see an episode where Batman and Flash got together to stop the Clock King. I always thought that would have been cool; what do you guys think? :)

All right, a chance to show off my obsession! Episode 8 of TZP, "Shadows," had Terry and Bruce. Another synthoid that was after Zeta sorta terrorized a mall full of people, disguised as Zee. The surveilance tapes were damaged, and from what Terry and Bruce could see, Zeta was the one hurting people. Terry went after Zeta, who was visiting Ro in the hospital (she got hurt in a blast that the other synthoid caused), and Batman came in through the window and tried to kill him. Ro woke up and stopped him, the other synthoid came in, and Batman and Zeta fought him. Zee was going to blow up himself along with Infiltration Unit 7, but Batman saved him just in time. :)
*ahem* I'll stop my obsessive rambling now.

Did "Shadows" take place in Gotham City? Or did Batman have to travel to another city to take on Zeta and IU7? Or did the episode never say?!?

Shadows took place not in Gothan. Only Countdown took place in Gotham.
