Where is a good place to find Batman (and other hero's) wallpaper AKA ...

Hi everyone, it's my first year (a pun on my first post/thread on ToonZone called "Hi everyone, it's my first day").

When I first signed up for ToonZone, I was originally looking for Batman wallpaper and DVD info. and this site was one of the places I found in my search. I liked the community and informative posts so much that I signed up. Since then, I've enjoyed every minute of it and I thank everyone who has answered all my questions and kept me on my toes for the past year. Perhaps you guys can help me with yet another year of questions; the first ironically being one I asked one year ago ....

On my first day of posting, I was given two websites that linked me to a collection of Batman wallpaper(and other superhero wallpaper):

Unfortunately, the owners of the website has closed the website down. :( So I was wondering:

1. Does anyone know if the wallpaper images that use to be on the website(s) moved to other locations? If so, where?

2. Is there a new place that has better wallpaper than the above mentioned website that I started going to one year ago?

Last time I was there CN's site has some JL wallpaper. And one of TZ's hosted sites, "The Watchtower" has a JL wallpaper that I downloaded. It's the picture of them all standing together.

Does this Watch Tower website also have wallpaper of other characters besides the Justice League?

BTW, I E-mailed the person who ran the superwallpapers website and asked him what will happen to the wallpapers now that the site closed. I received a one word response: "Why". So it looks like I'm shut out.

Nah, it just has the one of them all standing together. CN's site has some wallpaper with these characters induvidually: GL, Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl, and I think J'onn. They might have some Batman wallpaper stashed somewhere I'd have to look.

Toonzone's Watchtower (http://jl.toonzone.net/) and World's Finest (http://wf.toonzone.net/) both have cool pics/wallpapers.

BTW, the person responsible for that website that closed replied to my message. Apparently, he has a new concept: You create your own wallpaper based on pictures that are given to you. He sent me a demonstration in the early states and I'm pretty impressed.

You click on a category like character and pick the hero or villain you like and you can contort the hero in different ways (Zoom, invert, etc.). There are also categories for locales, sky color, logos, and more.

I just E-mailed him asking him when. The sample that he sent me will soon be up on the site. You can create your own Batgirl wallpaper and add different things to it.

I was hoping there would be more responses to this thread. I know that there are a lot of members who have their own websites so I figured some of them would have wallpaper and would like to show it off. :Sigh: Oh well.

There's so few actual Batman wallpaper sites out there, it's a shame. All I can ever find are Movie or Comic Book related, and even then the pickings are slim. All The Worlds Finest has is the gallery that's loaded with images that'd be great for making wallpaper--but we definitely don't have any wallpaper on the site (I work on it, I know :p).
