Paul Dini will be writing an episode (or more) for Justice League! This is great news! This makes me wonderif the tension between the crew has been resolved! I hope Dini doesn't dissapoint! It'll be weird with Dini only as a writer, and not anything else on the show.

Man, I'm glad to hear that. Dini seems to almost always come through with the weird stuff. Also, I'm happy that the "rift" seems to be repairing itself. Good news all around.
Maybe it won't be THAT weird with Dini only as a writer... after all, he got his start on B:TAS as only a writer, and he gave us such gems as Heart of Ice and Mad as a Hatter.

I'm sure he'll do a good job. I wonder if this will have any positive effect on the possibility of another BB video?

That's great news! It doesn't mean anything as far as his relationship with BT is concerned, but it's still cool.

It might becuase when they split Dini said he wanted nothing to do with JL. Now that he's writing, maybe things have smoothed over. Is there something you ain't telling us, Salvor?

hehe who knows? ... nah just kidding, I should have said "it *probably* doesn't mean anything." I was just referring to the fact that Dini having so many connections in the business, he was bound to end up on the JL sooner or later.
But you're right, Timm might have tried to patch things up.

Yeah, I hope it does, too. It'd be a shame for BB:ROTJ to be the end of their relationship when they still have much potential left. As long as DIni's script ain't a UNITY follow-up, I'll be happy. UNITY -- BLECH!

I knew they'd get it together again! So I know they will. This is excellent news! The Batman and Superman stories will NEVER die, and this is a beginning step to that! Woohoo!

Like DG said, Timm stated the soonest Darkseid could come back is next year. Thus if they ever do a second season, that means he will return for sure. And I can't wait to see that!

This is unbearably cool, and I can't help but wonder if this news comes after the news of a possible JSA guest appearence for a reason!? Only one man can handle that task, will this be Dini's project? Itd certainly be big enough for him!

Dini announced today that he will not be doing an episode of JLA. Apparently he's had some sort of injury that is preventing him from doing it, and his idea will be passed off to another writer.

Stephen King was hit by a g.d. semi-truck, almost killed, bloody near crippled, spent months in convalecence, and still manages to knock out a couple of thousand words a day (though his hip pains him too much to sit still for more than an hour at a time). What the devil kind of injury is keeping Dini from writing one little script? I hate to speak ill of anyone, especially such a genius, but.... http://cwm.ragesofsanity.com/otn/sad/mecry.gifhttp://cwm.ragesofsanity.com/otn/other/11baby.gif

And there's always speech-recognition, which works for me. Dragon Naturally Speaking can work for him if he uses a computer, which he probably does.
