Now & Then: Aqua Teen Hunger Force

Well everybody has mixed feeling about Baffler Meal. For one thing we got a new and long awaited Space Ghost episode. We were also promised that it would have the Aqua Teen Hunger Force in it. Well............it did have the Aqua Teen Hunger Force in it, however it was what they could've been rather than the crew as they are today. So which do you like better: what they are or what they could've been?

They are both entertaining, but the modern ATHF are more entertaining. ATHF circa "Baffler Meal" would've gotten old real fast.

I say I just like the series as it is now, under overall funnyness that is.

I enjoy both. Still, a show based on the Aqua Teens seen in Baffler Meal really would get old and probably be less funny than the Aqua Teens we have now (and modern Frylock could kick BM Frylock's wedge-wielding butt). :D

Modern ATHF....i'm just so use to it...I just can't imagine them any other way :D.

the old aqua teens worked really well... as minor characters on one space ghost episode, which is what they were designed for. the modern aqua teens have had more time to develop as characters and so they work well as stars of their own show.

While I enjoyed "Baffler Meal" ATHF, I most definitely pick the modern version. I was hoping at any moment for Rabbot to suddenly come crashing through the studio.

For those of you who think the "Baffler Meal" ATHF was bad, consider it could have been much worse. Head over to Adult Swim's website for early sketches of what they could have ended up looking like. Yikes.
