Michael Clarke Duncan as Martian Manhunter, or (if they ever decide to redo this movie) as Steel.

Catherine Zeta Jones as Wonder Woman (would be my choice over Sandra Bullock.)

Now that I can see. I think she'd could do Huntress much better than she could do Wonder Woman.

Side note: In Cinescape.com yesterday, they reported that even though Sandra Bullock is being pursued to play Wonder Woman, Lucy Lawless has expressed interest in playing the part as well. I can see that, but that's probably because it looks like Xena's costume looks was influenced by Wonder Woman's costume.

at least we have a plastic man! he's my favorite jla character........but i don't think jim carrey would be a good plastic man. he's a funny guy, but not plastic man-funny. and he doesn't look that much like him anyway.

I'm not a huge fan of the rest of the League since they are always rotating members expect for those three, since they are the major characters, so I haven't a clue who would play Flash or Aquaman.

I never understood why Nicholas Cage was/is/gonna be picked to be Superman!!!! In my eyes that man looks wierd! He has a really long face and his eyes are just NOT Superman. Is he good looking? I don't know, but Superman is supposed to be good looking.
As for the fresh question...I have no desired character list cuz I don't know the names of any actors.

if you do a live action movie, which includes any caracters with their own franchises or potential franchises, such as superman batman, wonderwoman, or flash. you have a problem. since they are on the verge of either starting or restarting all of these franchises you wouldnot want to use any of the actors who had been used before or any blockbuster names unless you are willing to pay them what they ask for and then keep paying them more and more for movies and sequels within their franchise. there fore i would go with less famous but still capable actors.
casper van dean as superman, because he's got that chisled chin look. Michael wiess (pretender) as batman, though he would need to be beefed up a bit. he has the intensity for the part, however. Lucy lawless as wonder woman, i agree with that sugestion. I also think that the guy who plays Benjamin Sisko on star trek DS9 would make a good Martain Manhunter

I totally agree with Nicholas Cage as being a weak Superman, and I truly think the only person who thought that was a good idea was Nicholas Cage. Now that he realized he will NEVER get that role, he wants to play Willy Wonka in the remake of that movie! Well, I could see him in that, at least.

I am like you that I just don't really know who I'd pick, which is why I picked joke choices for my choices. I figured if I couldn't contribute seriously, at least I would try to get a couple chuckles out of it!
