Is the Mihoshi Special / Pretty Sammy DVD any good?

I was thinking about buying the Mihoshi Special / Pretty Sammy DVD for myself, but I was wondering how good it was... A friend said that that OVA was not worth my time. I like Tenchi and think it might be good for a few laughs. Help.... :confused:

YES< GET THE MIHOSHI SPECIAL - Its funny as hell.


I don't know what your friends on, but anything tenchi related with an OAV sticker on it is gold compared to the lesser TV incarnations.

The Mihoshi Special is about 30 mins long, and has the first (and only) OAV appearence of Kiyone. If your a mihosi fan, a kiyone fan, or just a regular fan, its a must. Its truly a testimet of Mihosis stupidy (They try sneaking into the bad guys hideout, and mihoshi rings the doorbell)

The Pretty Sammy Eps which make up the majority of the disk are a elseworld story with the Tenchi cast in a sailormoon rip off. I though they were pretty funny.

It's a very good buy if you're a Tenchi fan.

I liked the Mihoshi special! I thought it was pretty funny. I didn't get to watch the Pretty Sammy episodes yet....

I'd say buy it!!!!....The Mihoshi Special is a riot(the Tenchi Muyo! OAV series is the best one,IMO),and the Pretty Sammy OAVs are cute....

Yeah, I thought this would be a great DVD to get. I absolutely love the episode in Lost Universe (or should I say half episode) that Pretty Sammy makes her appearance. The whole idea of a arrow making Ieka (sorry, if I spelled that wrong, I SUCK at spelling!) and Ryoko stop fighting over Tenchi and acting all buddy buddy was lol funny. Because of that episode, Sasami is my favorite character in that series.
I think I will get it... thanks for the feedback :cool: ... As for my friend, who knows what she's on.......

OH YEAH, almost forgot. Has anyone seen the new Tenchi manga/comics yet? I'm dying to get my hands on one!
